Deposit T&C's
We appreciate your understanding of our deposit policy. Once received, deposits are non-refundable. To make changes to your appointment, please provide at least 72 hours’ notice. If we don’t receive this notice, we’ll need to set up a new booking with an additional deposit.

We’re happy to accommodate one rescheduling if we receive the required 72-hour notice. However, any additional changes to your appointment will require a new deposit, as the original deposit will be forfeited.

Feel free to reschedule at any time, but please remember that without a deposit, we can’t guarantee your booking due to our first-come, first-served policy. Thank you for your understanding!
